I have a friend who claims anyone can be a Army physical fitness trainer, however he has several mental issues and states that is why he was not accepted into the army, is this true? I told him he is lying and I know you can’t be in the armed forces with severe mental disabilities of any kind. Thanks!
It’s always been what I wanted to do, so I’m thinking after my four year contract with the Marine Corps I want to become a Personal Trainer. Then after that Open up my own martial arts school and teach martial arts and then fitness classes there as well. I read up on certification programs you could go through but I don’t want to just go through a 6 week program to be a fitness trainer. Do I have to go to a tech school? Four Years? Help?

Im in college and im finishing up my basics. I also work part time in retail. I tired of working in retail with low pay and no chance for advancements. I am thinking about getting certified as a fitness trainer and working as a trainer and going to college at the same time. Do you think its a good idea…or should i stick to my current retail job?

I’m considering becoming a fitness trainer when i leave school. i plan to do cert III and Cert IV but im worried that it may be too hard. I’m a health freak, i’m all about endurance and fitness but im not as fit as a lot of my peers. Do you need to have high endurance levels to obtain the certificate? Do you get the fitness levels while doing the course?
