i am moving to an apt complex that has a 24hr fitness center and its finally my chance to get back in shape. im in colllege and my meals throughout the day aren’t going to be huge or much at all.
my question is if im using creatine and whey protein without a "proper" diet, will it help at all? (say i have /day, or about 0/month for food – what should i be buying?)
and i keep hearing these supplements will only work if you spend hours in the gym, then again i also hear you are only suppose to do quick workouts, about 3-4 sets and 6-10 reps a day.
i am 5’10, 160, and ectomorph. i played football in highschool so i have some muscle, but haven’t really touched weights in years!…i want to gain 15-20 pounds of muscle and mass and get my abs and definition back asap

First day at 24hr Fitness tonight and I did 1 mile on the treadmill and played basketball for 1.5 hrs. Also did a few weights.
I feel it now… especially in my legs. Is it OK to work out tomorrow? (diff muscle groups) More weights (I only did like few reps) and another mile.
Maybe some ab exercises this time?
I’m not fat…just wanna tone up. I have few love handles…wanna get that fat off… what are some good ab exercises?
My diet’s good for the most part. Water, fruit, veggies, nothing fattening, natural foods, etc.
