im 14 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and 153 pounds. i recently found out that i was overweight and just had a long talk about it with my mom. i am fully aware of all the health risks etc that come with being unfit. my mom signed me and my 2 sisters up for the local ny sports club with her, and i’d love to go to work out and have fun, but i do not have the time. i have so much homework every day and on the weekends (8th grade is rough). i walk around while doing my homework since it apparently helps to absorb more information which will help me do better in school (i am already a straight A+ student though) and a good form of exercise. i want to lose my tummy fat though, and i know running helps that and sit-up, crunches etc, but i dont have the time!! please help :)

also, i get teased at school by the bullies and the popular kids cuz i am really smart (all A+s and honors classes) and im fat. i try not to take it to heart, but what the heck is wrong with being smart, and why should they care if im overweight or not?! i am not the most confident person, but i DO stick up for myself. the problem is, none of my friends will back me up because they are all shy for the most part, and they get teased as well (we are all called geeks and i am called "The Chubbsta"!!).

so… i need tips on losing weight when i dont have a lot of extra time on my hands, and also about the teasing thing. (please dont say to throw a few tests or whatever) Thanks :)
