this is all wrong… calorie counting is waste of time.. just follow TNT Diet. cut the carbs and load and fat and protein, and of course lift weight. you have to build muscle to lose weight. that simple. I followed TNT diet and results are unbelievable.
24 HF needs to create more space between the machines.
They’re kind of too close – much more so, when you’re there during peak, crowded hours.
