Why not just tell people how to do bicep curls correctly with free weights?
Too many people use their entire body or momentum to do a bicep curl instead of just using their biceps.
First, I agree with SilentBlue – just do biceps correctly: without momentum and/or compensation.
Secondly, Preacher Curls is an injury-prone exercise because it causes shoulders to rotate forward (internally) which moves shoulder blades to not provide any support. BWY, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) warns against doing Preacher Curls.
