Looks like Angie should be doing some interval training of her own.
It is not a true interval training. This 2-1 training will promote weight loss resulting from mostly lean muscle tissue loss and results in a higher body fat – not a good idea. You want to lose body fat, not muscle. Interval training only works correctly when it is done correctly.
