40 is nice, but if you wanna have higher vert you got to jump every day as hard as you can and do streches the right way, i could help you if you want
yeah i’ve been using the jumpsoles and squatting as much as i can.ive put at least 6 inches on my vert since this.
does squat really helps, cuz i ve manage to increase it big without it, if they are that good maybe i should try it, what about jumpsoles are they good
