I need to join a gym to get in shape for the Navy because I want to try to graduate as a squad leader. Ive been looking around at my options, I live in silverlake so I went to 24hr fitness adn ballys. The prices are good but I am forced to pay for the last months in both. I only want to pay for one month because I am leaving in May 4, but for Ballys I have to pay the for the membership card, first 4 weeks (which is good) but then I have to pay the last 4 weeks (two payments) that I do not need. The minimum amount yoiu can spend is 60 instead of the 20 for the 2 weeks I need. 24 hour fitness is the same thing but its months instead, youpay 35 for the first month but you HAVE to pay for a second month upfront, and the card fee of course. I guess i can afford to pay but Id rather not dish out the extra money for an extra month that I will not use because Ill be in boot camp, are there any other more accessible options?
I have the p-90x dvds but I need to focus on wrunning and I live in an apartment

Leisure Fiberglass Pool Molds Stink! Over the summer we experienced rapid and unforeseen deterioration in two of our molds. The Grand Elegance and then the Riviera 30 started to fail and as a result the pools produced were not perfect and required significant work after. Rather than attempt to repair the molds we have taken the decision to rebuild both molds. This is not the example of quality mold building you would expect given all the hype that has been made of Leisure’s mold building skills! A high quality fiberglass pool mold should lasts longer than the pool it makes. These molds were just built less than three years ago and now they are so bad they can not be fixed and must be scrapped! Wow! What does that say about using chopper guns and low grade filled resin?

Anyone know of any indoor swimming pools for leisure swim in Etobicoke? If the place has a hot tub and sauna as well, even better. Do you know the leisure swim schedule? The places I’ve been phoning are only open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but it’s Thursday and I’d love to go for a swim haha.
