To cancel a membership it takes 30 days notice, or else you pay for each day that passes before you cancel. Also, the fact that they charge you for your first and last months dues when you sign up just gets your for more money. Today I canceled my membership, but i still have to pay another 28 dollars and i am able to use the club untill july 5th.
That doesn’t sound like being canceled to me. I realize this is all in the "contract" that i signed up for, but why do business, 24 hour fitness mostly, try to jip and squeeze their customers for every penny they are worth??
